Your landlord specifies a date in the agreement with Home on which the management is to be taken over by Home.
You will then receive a notification from both your landlord and Home about the planned change of management and the expected takeover date.
Since Home also manages the rents for your landlord, the final takeover of your apartment is then completed as soon as you have converted your rent payments.
Home will send you an email for this purpose, in which you can set up a SEPA direct debit mandate via the payment service provider Stripe using an individual link.
After completing the setup, you will receive a confirmation from Home that the transfer has been completed and the rent will be conveniently debited from your account starting the following 1st of the next month, when the next rent is due.
Please remember to cancel any standing orders or other direct debits for rent payments to the previous property manager or landlord in time to avoid any double debits.
