For Home to be able to take over the management of your apartment and your current lease the following steps have to be completed:
- All relevant data regarding your apartment and the current lease have been completed in your landlord account.
- You connected your bank account with our payment partner Stripe, so that Home can forward the rental payments to you.
- Your tenant is connected to Stripe as well, so that Home can collect the monthly rents. Your tenant will receive an Email from Home with corresponding information and a registration link.
Once, all three steps have been completed, Home will take over the management of your apartment starting from the next 1st of the following month. You and the tenant will receive final confirmation about the take-over date.
