After completing the agreement to take over an existing tenancy, Home will send you an email asking you to complete the onboarding of your apartment and tenant.
Completion of tenant and apartment data
A link in the email will take you directly to your personal landlord account. In order for Home to take over the management of your apartment, you should promptly complete the data of your apartment and provide information about the currently existing tenancy.
In addition, Home needs relevant documents about the tenancy, as well as your tenant's contact information. You can read about the required information in this article.
After you have completed the information, Home will contact your tenant to introduce themselves as the new landlord and also inform them about the changeover of rent payments.
Ideally, you should also inform your tenant about the changeover in person.
Connection of your bank account
In your landlord account, you will find a link to connect your bank account, to which you would like to receive your rent payments, with our payment service provider Stripe. This step is mandatory in order for Home to forward rent payments to you.

Takeover of the apartment
You and your tenant will receive confirmation of Home's takeover of management from the following 1st of the month once the set up is complete.
