The tenant pays a deposit in accordance with § 551 BGB. The deposit equals three times the cold rent.

Please transfer the deposit to the deposit account ahead of the apartment handover. We will share the details with you shortly after the signing of the rental contract.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a bank guarantee as an alternative to a deposit.

Please note: Without the deposit, we will not be able to handover the apartment keys to you.
