1. Pictures and data: Most of the time one of our professional partner photographers shoots pictures and a video of the apartment directly after the handover. They also record special information on the location, the building itself and the surroundings.
2. Listings: We list every apartment on our on website as well as on external portals. Our framework agreements ensure top positioning for your apartment. Your apartment will usually be online within a few days of the handover.
We score requests by prospective tenants along multiple criteria. We then ask the most promising prospects to verify themselves and book a viewing.
3. Viewings: We invite verified prospects to view the apartment. The candidate can book flexibly an appointment for a viewing between 8 am and 8 pm on every workday of the week. At the appointed time, the candidate collects the key from a storage location (usually a shop) and views the apartment independently.
4. Contracting: Once a candidate has viewed the apartment and provided all required application documents, they are carefully vetted and confirmed or rejected. We then select the best fitting candidate from the pool of the confirmed ones and offer a rental contract. As soon as both parties signed the agreement, we inform you about the start date.
