We differentiate between guided viewings and self-guided viewings. These are offered depending on the apartment.

Self guided viewings offer more flexibility as we have a wide range of viewing appointments and you can explore the apartment on your own.

Once you have booked a viewing appointment, we will prompt you to verify your identity online. The only thing you need is a valid photo ID.

After successful verification, you will receive an email with more information about the apartment and an individual code. You can pick up the keys at one of our partner shops by showing the code at the agreed time. You will have ample time to view the apartment at your own leisure and return the key afterwards.
