In cases where home takes over a not rented-out apartment from you, you may notify Home of the cancellation already after 8 weeks, provided we have not been able to find a tenant for your apartment. This reduces risk and you remain in control.

Our two-year contract automatically extends annually, unless you cancel with 3 months notice.

However, a cancellation rarely happens. Most landlords value the fact that they can lean back and let us do the work. On top, they benefit from our re-letting flat rate. In case a tenant cancels, we take care of finding a new tenant for you.

The above applies to all contracts for separate property management ("Sondereigentumsverwaltung", "SEV") that Home concludes with apartment owners.
