For unlimited contracts, a mutual exclusion of cancellation for a period of 12 months from the beginning of the rental period is agreed in the contract. Thereafter, the cancellation periods are in accordance with the provisions of the civil code. Thus, the contract can be terminated at the earliest 12 months after the start with a notice period of three months. The minimum rental period is therefore 15 months.

There may be special agreements for limited contracts. Any termination notice must be made in writing.
