Reporting: In case of any issue in the apartment, the tenants are required to inform our Home Support Team on time and in full. We evaluate each case, clarify details, and plan the problem resolution.
Coordination: In most cases we coordinate wit the responsible party, be it the building's property manager ("WEG-Verwaltung"), the construction company, or our own partner companies. Should we need further information from you as the landlord (such as invoices or guarantee certificates), we will reach out to you. Should larger repairs be necessary that are projected to cost more than 800€, we will reach out to you to align how we proceed.
Execution: In each city, we work with reliable partner companies that can provide professionals of all crafts like plumbers, electricians, carpenters etc. at short notice. We are mindful of quality, reliable and competent execution, and fair pricing.
