To make the process seamless for everyone involved, the apartment handover is not conducted in the apartment under time constraints but rather when you want, and on your own terms.

You receive the keys on the day your rental contract starts usually at the same place where you picked them up for the viewing. You receive further details during the scheduling of the handover.

Afterwards we email you all relevant information and documents, including a digital handover protocol. You then have 3 days to inspect the apartment, try out everything, and report potential defects. No more rushed handovers in apartments where you sign a protocol without really knowing the details - we give you ample time to check everything carefully.
